The DISPERMAT® RS 5 is a horizontal bead mill for pilot plant and production

applications. The compact, functional design ensures an extreme easy and safe

handling as well as outstanding dispersing results.

   *   infinitely variable speed via modern frequency converter

   *   stirring shaft with double bearing is hollow for improved millbase heat

         transfer

   *   mechanical seal system with integrated cooled thermo-siphon container for

          lubrication liquid  and safety pressure valve.

   *   adjustable dynamic gap bead separation system

   *   complete safety device

   *   simple central operation and control

   *   pressure control by manometer with electrical contact
