TC007 Industrial Turbidimeter

The Kemtrak TC007 turbidimeter is a robust in-line turbidimeter designed for a wide range of industrial process applications. The Kemtrak TC007 uses the nephelometric method of turbidity measurement in accordance with International Standard ISO7027:1999(E).

The Kemtrak TC007 has an easy to use menu based software with a user configurable display that shows the turbidity value in real time. Additionally, the TC007 has a database and event handler to capture vital process information for use in quality assurance and plant control reports. All data is easily transferable to a PC via a USB interface.

Optic fibers are used to pipe the light from within the TC007 enclosure to the sampling point and back. This is a major benefit as all the electricity is kept within the analyzer enclosure permitting safe operation in even the most hazardous of environments.

Optic fibres can be ordered in lengths up to 50m and are well suited for harsh industrial environments. Our standard fibers have a silicone-coated steel jacketing and can withstand temperatures up to 200 °C. A range of robust flow-cell manifolds are also available dependent upon the process and application.
